The Rooted Gem Foundation focuses on building a foundation in people‘s lives that embraces who they are, where they come from, where they are going, and most importantly: the value they uniquely bring to the world!
OUR PASSION & OBLIGATION.
Our parent company OCGems has been actively engaged with communities in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Uganda for the past five years.
In 2021, we initiated the "Day of Love and Humility," which encouraged people across the country to perform a kind act for a stranger, no matter how big or small, without expecting anything in return.
This day was such a success that we have now established the 10th of January as an annual Day of Showing Love and Humility.
With the establishment of The Rooted Gem Foundation, our aim is to have a more focused approach, with long-term & sustainable benefits to the communities we are involved in.
